Koh Phangan

I arrived in Koh Phangan by ferry three days before the full moon party so spent a few days exploring different beaches around the island, of which there were some really gorgeous ones once you get away from Haad Rin the main town where I was staying. The resorts got busier and busier everynight and there were mini parties on the beach every night. Unfortunatley alot of the rubish from the beach parties seemed to get dumped in the sea and washed round to a bay round the coast from Haad Rin beach as we discovered when exlporing with a taxi boat. Its a shame because the bay in the picture would have been amazing if not for all the washed up bottles, flip-flops and other rubbish.
One of the nights we went to watch some thai boxing which was very entertaining. The hotel we were staying in sponsored one of the teams so we were chearing them on.
